TONY HOMDEN

Biography: Tony trained as a PE teacher in the mid 80's but went into trainee management with Trusthouse Forte and worked in various locations around the country for them. An enforced break with children led to a change in career involving leisure centres and swimming pools where he managed various facilities for a private management contractor. Tony has been in local governement for the last 6 years marketing various Council services with Herefordshire including One Stop Shops and more lately, library and information services. In addition to marketing, he has also developed various performance monitoring frameworks for the One Stop Shops and was responsible for the service attaining the prestigious Charter Mark Award.
