SHARON HADLEY

Biography: Sharon Hadley is the effective practice facilitator at North Bristol NHS Trust. She is responsible for training in information literacy skills and use of the Trust knowledge management system. She has worked the NHS for just over two years. Prior to this she worked as a teacher and as a project manager.

Title: Clinical Academy Development – A Librarian's Perspective

Summary: This session looks at the issues surrounding development of Clinical Academies relating to libraries.   Particular attention is paid to the development of dual specification PC's and external access to remove barriers to learning.   Lessons learnt around provision of a printing solution are highlighted, as is the need for robust partnerships between HE providers, library and IM&T staff.
