PAUL STURGES
Biography:
Professor of Library
Studies at Loughborough University. In recent years his teaching
and writing has concentrated on legal and ethical issues in library
and information work. He has researched Internet access policy for
the Council of Europe, privacy and Internet public access for Resource
and is currently advising an international project on using ICT
facilities to improve delivery of public services to poor communities
funded by DFID. He is writing a book on Transparency for Ashgate.
