Biography:
Linda is an information management
professional with experience of: managing and developing a wide
range of service developments in a local, regional, and national
context in both academic and public libraries
Her previous
positions include:
IT Manager, Bournemouth Libraries which included leading on the
PFI Project (IT Services).
ICT Development Officer for South East Museum Library and Archive
Council with responsibility for developing a regional strategy for
museums, libraries and archives
Linda is active
in the profession, including:
member of the Libraries Marketing Network
member of CILIP's Communities Services Group (CSG) National Committee:
Editor of the new CSG Journal; Umbrella programme co-ordinator for
CSG; organising and facilitating a regional CSG Community Profiling
Workshop.
A key focus throughout her career has been an emphasis
on delivering quality services to customers.
