KATH KILBURN

Biography: Kath Kilburn has worked in librarianship since 1978 in different roles and sectors- public libraries, Further Education and Higher Education - a varied background which proved useful when it came to setting up WELCOME! Kath says that the initial year setting up the scheme was the most interesting and challenging thing she had ever done work-wise. Her 'normal' library post is that of Weekend Librarian at the University of Huddersfield.
