JACKY BERRY
Biography:
Jacky joined TFPL
in June 2004 after eight years at Linklaters as Global Head of Information
Services. At Linklaters, she was responsible for the strategy and
operation of the firm's global information services. Jacky has always
taken a keen interest in the training and development of her teams
and at Linklaters developed new job descriptions with appropriate
skills and competencies for all the staff and built training plans
to support them.
Jacky is active in many professional bodies including
CILIP, BIALL and CIG, and speaks regularly at
conferences, seminars and courses.

and spend some time reflecting on you, your skills and your
development priorities!
In this workshop, Jacky and Val will
lead you through a process to identify eight skills development
priorities for the next six months, assess your current skills
levels and focus on development opportunities. As part
of this process, they will introduce you to a simple 'coaching
model' and delegates will work in pairs to develop a personal action
plan. This workshop involves the use of glue and felt tip
pens, which will be provided!
