ANDY COOKE
Biography:
Andy Cooke is
Community Development Manager with Leicestershire County Council
Library Service. The job covers the social inclusion agenda, amongst
other things. Andy started work with Strathclyde Regional
Council, working as a school librarian for a couple of years before
moving to Leicestershire, where he has worked in a wide range of
public library roles for the last 25 years.
