ALAN DANSKIN

Biography:
Alan Danskin is Manager Data Quality
at the British Library. In this role he was responsible for
the migration of bibliographic data to the Integrated Library System
during 2004. He has ongoing responsibility for the quality of the
British Library Integrated Catalogue and for retrospective catalogue
conversion. He is Chair of CILIP Cataloguing & Indexing
Group and represents the UK on the IFLA Bibliography Section Committee
and the MARC Advisory Committee.
