800 ATTENDEES PARTICIPATED IN UMBRELLA 2005.  IT WAS FELT TO BE THE LIBRARY EVENT OF THE YEAR AND MORE!

Early analysis of the conference feedback shows that delegates thought Umbrella to be a highly informative and useful conference, "CILIP at its best" as one quote said.  The new streamed programme was deemed a success and the level of speakers reflected the prestigiousness of the conference.

Speaker Presentations

For those delegates who wish to receive copies of specific speaker presentations, please make contact through the Special Interest Group who arranged the session.  All speaker correspondance was made through the group representatives, so further contact should be co-ordinated this way.  Due to the number of presentations running at Umbrella 2005, it is impossible to upload all presentations onto the Conference website.

New at Umbrella 2005!!

So much was new at Umbrella 2005, and all the changes helped provide real benefit to suppliers and delegates alike.  A wide range of sponsors helped compliment the exhibition, while a new-look programme provided special streamed sessions for the first timers so delegates could focus more easily on specific topics.
