The Umbrella exhibition offers suppliers an ideal opportunity to meet and influence delegates to the conference. See below for details on the stand package and floorplan.

Open from Thursday lunchtime until Friday afternoon it provides a central meeting place where all refreshment breaks will be taken by delegates.  These include the Exhibition Opening Party and the main conference lunch break on Friday 1 July.

This will ensure maximum attendance by conference delegates, as well as by exhibition visitors interested in seeing the latest equipment, services and systems for library and information professionals.  Refreshment points have been placed to ensure maximum traffic around the exhibition area (see Sponsorships) provides additional benefits to exhibitors and delegates.

STAND PACKAGE

An extremely cost effective stand package is available at Umbrella 2005.  Each stand comprises a 4m2 unit* priced at £995 (+VAT), and includes:

• Floor space rental
• Shell scheme stand
• Nameboard and Spotlights
• A 60-word entry in the show guide
• A 60-word entry in the Umbrella Preview in Gazette - circulated to 20,500 CILIP members
• A hyperlink from the event's dedicated website
• Delegate mailing labels after the event
• A complimentary exhibitor pass to the Conference sessions, Exhibition Opening Party, Awards Dinner and Lunch on Friday 1 July
• Two members of the exhibitor's team to run the stand
